Amanda Marie Knox (dilahirkan 9 Julai, 1987) ialah seorang wanita rakyat Amerika yang telah dituduh pembunuhan Meredith Kercher di Perugia, Umbria, Itali pada 2009. Dia telah dipenjarakan selama 4 tahun daripada 26 tahun hukuman penjara yang telah dikenakan ke atasnya; sehinggalah penyabitan pembunuhan tersebut telah dirombak pada 3 Oktober, 2011. Juri walaubagaimanapon mengekalkan tuduhan ke atas Knox kerana melibatkan pemilik bar Patrick Lumumba yang tidak bersalah. Oleh itu, Knox dijatuhkan hukuman tiga tahun di dalam penjara, yang dia telah pun berkhidmat , dan diarah membayar kos kira-kira 22,000 euro kepada Lumumba.

Meredith Kercher, a British university exchange student from Coulsdon,South London, was murdered in Perugia, Italy, on 1 November 2007. Kercher, aged 21 at the time of her death, was found dead on the floor of her bedroom with stab wounds to the throat. Some of her belongings were missing, including cash, two credit cards, two mobile phones, and her house keys.

Rudy Guede, an Ivory Coast native raised in Perugia, was convicted in October 2008 of having sexually assaulted and murdered Kercher, and was sentenced to 30 years, reduced on appeal to 16 years in December 2009

Knox and Sollecito were convicted on charges of sexual assault and murder in December 2009, and sentenced to 26 and 25 years respectively. Their convictions were overturned on appeal in October 2011 by a panel of six jurors and two judges.

The prosecution alleged that the murder weapon was a kitchen knife found in Sollecito's kitchen and had Kercher's DNA on the blade and Knox's DNA on the handle.

Expert witness Sara Gino, called by the defence, said that traces of DNA on the knife were too insubstantial to be considered evidence and pointed to contamination by other samples as a possible explanation for police scientist Patrizia Stefanoni's testimony that Kercher's DNA was on the knife.

Aku sangat menggunakan gmail account aku untuk pelbagai urusan penting. Aku ade gak email kat yahoo. tapi tu sumer tempat aku letak sumer subscription2 yang aku pon tak ingat ape yang aku subscribe. haha.

Nak dijadikan cerita, aku dah banyak campurkan urusan2 penting personal aku dengan urusan2 penting office dalam gmail aku. Haih. So aku sedang buat research macamana aku nak transfer urusan2 personal aku ke dalam akaun gmail yang baru. Gmail yang aku pakai sekarang ni macam dah jadi hak milik office dah. Kena benarkan colleague rujuk for office use. -,-"
